Pre-construction Phase

We use the latest 3D design software to create your vision before we begin. This is a powerful tool to see what your remodel is going to look like beforehand. This design comes with a floor plan outlining all details so that you have a clear understanding of what you are going to receive and to ensure no details are missed during the process. We take this a step further with our concierge services, where we hold your hand through every aspect of your remodel.
After we complete visually with the design, we work to select the very best product and color pallets that fit within your budget.
We start with trained, experienced personnel that care for your home and take great pride in their work. This is followed up with comprehensive inspections throughout the remodel or build of your home. We don't just rely on the City Inspector for approval. We perform our own testing and inspections before moving on to the next phase.
Capturing every aspect of work and testing being performed is vital for your peace of mind. We do this with daily photo documentation and daily log reports. Daily logs put a stamp on each day and the events taking place, recording progress, weather and photos. This is captured in our construction management portal for your access and viewing anytime. All of this is provided to you on a thumb-drive at the completion of the project for your records.
